2 night minimum for MOST Regular Advanced Reservations with a 1 night deposit, except Holiday & Special Event periods, and Lodges which require payment in full at time of reservation.

Any additional adults/children may increase the base rate. Extra charges for extra vehicles (beyond 1), trailers, boats on trailers, visitors to your site.
Holiday & Special Events require a 3 night minimum and payment in full for the entire stay. Holiday & Special Events Dates are:
  • May 25 - 27: Memorial Day
  • June 29 - July 8: Independence Day
  • August 31 - September 3: Labor Day
  • September 11 - 16: Hershey RV Show
  • October 10 - 13: Hershey Car Show
CANCELLATIONS (notice by phone only)
2012 Holiday / Special Events Times: May 25 - 27; June 29 - July 8; Aug 31 - Sept 3; Sept 11 - 16 (RV Show); Oct 10 - 13 (AACA Meet).

ALL Reservations during these periods require PAYMENT IN FULL AT TIME OF RESERVATION. 3 night minimum stay for advanced reservations and notice of cancellation required 14 days prior to arrival (before 4pm), for a refund minus:
  • Studio - $65.00
  • Lodge - $65.00
  • Campsites - $25.00

Less notice than required = NO REFUNDS! We hold your site as requested and turned people away.

Summer Months (non-Holidays after Memorial Day Weekend):Notify us by 4pm, 7 days or more (1 week minimum) for any refund minus:

  • RV, Tent, Cabin: $10.00 Cancellation Fee
  • Studio: $45.00 Cancellation Fee
  • Large Lodge: $65.00 Cancellation Fee

Spring / Fall (after September 13): Notify us by 4pm, before reservation date. RV & Tents (minimum 48 hours (two days) notice): Refund Minus $10.00 Cancellation Fee. Cabins, Studios, Lodges (7 days or more notice, before 4pm) - Refund Minus:

  • Cabins: $10.00 Cancellation Fee
  • Studios: $45.00 Cancellation Fee
  • Lodges: $65.00 Cancellation Fee

Any Cancellations after guidelines will result in forfeiture of full deposit. No refunds for: no shows, early departures, poor weather, personal issues and conditions beyond our control. All payments forfeited if you have not arrived by 12pm (noon) the day following your scheduled arrival date.
GENERAL RESERVATION INFORMATION

All camper reservations must use their own credit card for deposit (no second person card) and person on credit card must be present at check-in for signature. Each reservation must have name, address, phone numbers and email of family that will be camping in that site.

We will try our best to accommodate site requests, but specific sites cannot be guaranteed. A wide variety of situations may occur that may prevent us from honoring a specific site request. We do honor your site type.

Your reservation, online or otherwise, establishes the type of campsite you wish. Site numbers will not be given out until check-in.
GROUPS & REUNIONS

We require that each reservation is done individually with camper for that sites' own name / address / phone number / etc. used. Each person must use their own credit card to secure their own reservation and that credit must be presented at check-in. We will not accept a camper making multiple site reservations using the same persons' information and credit card. For multiple reservations for your group to be together, you may make an online reservation by using the Special Request Box at the bottom of our reservation form to fill in a group name (i.e., camping with the Smith Party), or specifics. Remember if you all want to camp next / near each other then you must have similar camping units and sizes.
MISCELLANEOUS
  • For Everyone's Safety: Only the person whose name appears on the reservation must check-in before any other members of that party or visitors will be allowed entry into our facility and to the site.
  • Check In: 3pm - 9pm / Check-Out: No later than 11:30am
  • Sorry, NO LATE ARRIVALS after Quiet Hour. This makes very angry neighbors!
